Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered
• Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Experience in Telemetry nursing
• Must reside at least 250 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel nurse

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a telemetry or step-down setting
