Senior Workforce Management Product Lead

Job Summary Senior Workforce Management Product Lead
- Lead the strategy, design, and global deployment of Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, with emphasis on Workforce Software (WFS), Time and Attendance, and system integrations.
- Manage end-to-end implementation and rollout of WFS, including configuration of pay rules and time tracking.
- Gather business requirements and design scalable, compliant WFM processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Enterprise Architecture, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business and compliance needs.
- Oversee integrations with Workday, ADP, Kronos/UKG, payroll, and other enterprise systems.
- Manage multiple-country deployments, timelines, risks, and competing priorities.
- Ensure solutions adhere to local labor, payroll, union, and Works Council regulations.
- Develop deployment plans, project roadmaps, business cases, and provide regular project updates.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support organizational change management and promote user adoption of new processes and systems.
- Identify and drive process improvements and global standardization in Workforce Management.
- Must have experience in WFS implementation, global Time & Attendance, and Workday HCM.
- Ability to independently lead global deployments and manage concurrent country rollouts.
- Flexible work hours to support global teams and stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of Workforce Management experience required.
