CDL A Driver - 1ST Shift

Job Overview Sanimax is seeking a reliable CDL A Driver to support our Green Bay operations on the 1st shift schedule (Monday to Friday, approximately 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM). This role offers predictable hours, competitive pay, and a full benefits package. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $26.77 to $33.83 (based on experience) Consistent weekly hours: average 45–50 hours per week Quarterly bonus: up to 3% every three months Full benefits package: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with up to 5% company match Paid time off and holidays Key Responsibilities Operate Sanimax commercial trucks to service customer locations. Perform line‑haul runs from the Green Bay facility, including drop‑and‑hook trailer tasks. Maintain customer sites and equipment as needed, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency. Adhere to all safety regulations, policies, and company operating procedures. Qualifications & Skills Valid CDL Class A license. Clean driving record. Comfortable with deadstock and agricultural environments. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver larger items with equipment. Night shift availability and reliable time management.
