Our organization stands as the largest multispecialty medical group in Oregon and southwest Washington, boasting over 1,500 physicians and more than 300 administrative professionals dedicated to serving over 615,000 members. We are currently seeking applications for a Board Certified or Eligible OBGYN physician to become part of our Longview team in Longview, Washington. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to women's health and the capability to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care. Our Longview clinic is staffed by two OBGYN physicians along with a supportive clinical and administrative team. This role involves on-call duties at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, where you will receive support from a Legacy OB Hospitalist and our Kaiser Permanente backup system available 24/7. The hospital features a Level III NICU and on-site anesthesia, with an average of 70 deliveries each month.
What You Can Expect:Shared call responsibilities among a group of 14 physicians.
Scheduled GYN surgeries performed at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center.
Collaboration with a highly skilled, collegial team focused on patient-centered care.
Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR system.
Potential for leadership roles within the medical group if desired.
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
A generous automatic employer-funded pension and retirement contributions totaling 21% of eligible clinician earnings, with optional additional employee contributions.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $268,020 to $326,880, taking into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
