We are currently seeking applications for a Board Certified or Eligible OBGYN physician to become part of our Longview team in Longview, Washington. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to women's health and the capability to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care. Our Longview clinic is staffed by two OBGYN physicians along with a supportive clinical and administrative team. This role involves on-call duties at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, where you will receive support from a Legacy OB Hospitalist and our Kaiser Permanente backup system available 24/7. The hospital features a Level III NICU and on-site anesthesia, with an average of 70 deliveries each month.

• Shared call responsibilities among a group of 14 physicians.

• Scheduled GYN surgeries performed at Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center.

• Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR system.

• Potential for leadership roles within the medical group if desired.

• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

Current Hiring Incentives for This Role:

• Relocation allowance of up to $15,000.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $268,020 to $326,880, taking into account the applicant's skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
