$35/hour
Henry Rehab & Nursing is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility setting. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work closely with residents focused on improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.
What You'll Do:
- Provide therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and mobility activities
- Observe resident performance and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising PT
- Encourage resident participation and support treatment goals
- Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:
- Active PTA license required
