We are proud to be a military and veteran friendly employer. About This Position $100 weekly production/attendance bonus This is a full‑time position with benefits starting from day one. We expect our team to execute a number of processes and therefore believe in cross‑training our team across the distribution departments. In addition, you can specialize in a specific area. The facility is a fully operational correctional facility servicing multiple business lines, with opportunities to: Accomplish department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes. Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplish staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Plan, monitor, and appraise job results. Conduct training. Implement and enforce systems, policies, and procedures. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations. Complete operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures. Control expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances, and implementing corrective actions. Provide quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Compensation Competitive pay with: Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels. Regular opportunities for overtime, paid at the corresponding overtime rate. Weekly pay, every Thursday. Holiday Pay for company recognized holidays. What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent; you must be at least 18 years of age. Familiarity with inventory management. Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs). Strong supervisory skills: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others. 1 year (minimum) of warehouse lead and/or supervisor experience. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to define problems and resolve them quickly. Excellent organizational skills.
