Call for Salary Rate - Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with solid experience in ICU and Emergency Room settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate versatility and confidence across both acute care environments. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive patient care in ICU and ER units, ensuring safety and quality standards. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Document patient care activities accurately and promptly. Demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure situations. Qualifications: Hold an active New Jersey RN license. Possess a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience. Have at least 2 years of ER experience, illustrating versatility. Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
