BCI/FBI Background Check Information: London City Schools requires all employees, substitutes, coaches and volunteers to have a background check completed and on file before working with our students. You can obtain a background check through BCI&I located at 1560 State Route 56, London, OH. They cost $47.25, BCI's hours are from 8:00am to 4:00pm and they accept debit cards, personal checks, or money orders.
