Clinical Nurse Wound & Ostomy

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and addressing patients' physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs. Key Responsibilities Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medication management. Participate in safety, quality, and professional development initiatives. Assess and evaluate patient needs, preferences, and barriers to involvement. Communicate care plans effectively across care settings. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred. No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
