We are looking for someone polished, organized, emotionally intelligent, and capable of creating a welcoming, efficient, and patient-first experience in a fast-moving multidisciplinary medical practice. If you are naturally hospitable, detail-oriented, and take pride in professionalism, we would love to meet you, bonus if you are bilingual in Spanish and English.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
• Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and appointment coordination
• Support smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
• Communicate effectively with providers, medical assistants, and leadership
• Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking patients when needed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
• Handle administrative responsibilities with urgency and attention to detail
• Help create a positive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional service

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office, healthcare, or high-level customer service environment
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and electronic medical records
• Dependable, organized, and solution-oriented
