American Traveler
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN to support an HCHB PointCare EMR transition, serving as a preceptor for staff and travelers during go-live.
Job Details • Home Health setting supporting Providence Oregon locations transitioning to HCHB PointCare,• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday,
• First three weeks focused on HCHB PointCare training, mixing in-person (Tuesday-Thursday) and virtual (Monday and Friday) sessions,
• Final three weeks involve on-site go-live support and precepting current travelers and staff,
• Minimal bedside patient care expected, limited to potential ride-along support during implementation, Job Requirements • Active OR RN license required, license pending acceptable,
• At least one year of Home Health experience required,
• HCHB PointCare or mobile app experience preferred but not required for RNs,
• Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting and training others, Additional Information • Serve as a preceptor providing real-time guidance to travelers and staff during EMR go-live,
• Gain hands-on experience with HCHB, precepting, EMR implementation, and AI-supported tools,
• No RTO accepted during this short contract
