Seeking to hire experienced Forklift Operators for this manufacturing company located in Logan Township, NJ/ Swedesboro, NJ area for a full time job opportunity. This role involves safely operating a high reach and standard sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks, support shipping and receiving activities, and maintain an efficient warehouse operation. You will work in a clean, temperature-controlled production facility and play a key role in moving products and materials accurately and on time. This is a long term job opportunity and does offer weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Operate a high reach forklift and standard sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Support shipping and receiving operations by moving pallets, staging orders, and organizing materials in designated warehouse areas.
• Use an RF scanner to accurately pick, scan, and track products and materials within the warehouse.
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying counts, organizing loads, and assisting with shipping and receiving processes.
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines to prevent accidents and product damage.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work area within the warehouse and production facility.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure timely movement of materials.
• Inspect forklifts and related equipment before use and report any issues or maintenance needs.
• Work effectively in a production environment that handles marinades, salad dressings, BBQ sauces, and other food products.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.64 - $22.64/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
