Military encouraged to apply. Job Description The Corporate Investigations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Corporate Investigations Team (CIT). This Knoxville, TN Onsite position serves as a key point of coordination for investigation intake, case assignment and management, documentation administration, and communication with Legal, Human Resources, and other business partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage confidential information, and committed to delivering exceptional service to team members and stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the CIT Create, assign, and track cases for multiple departments Monitor and manage multiple team email inboxes Create and maintain cases within the Navex case management system Respond to inquiries and provide timely, professional communication Conduct initial case triage, gathering relevant information through phone calls, emails, and documentation review Coordinate with specialists and business partners to support timely resolution of team members and guest concerns Maintain internal team alignment records and communicate updates to external vendors as needed Assist with planning and coordinating new hire orientation, annual team meetings, and other departmental events Compile and organize documentation requests related to employee relations matters, EEOC inquiries, Department of Labor requests, litigation holds, and other investigation-related matters Arrange travel, conference, and meeting logistics for team members Support a culture of integrity, professionalism, and outstanding service Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications We are seeking applicants with a local presence in Knoxville, TN or the surrounding communities.
