The Opportunity with McKinstry The Senior Helpdesk Technician - Executive Support delivers hands‑on, high‑quality technical support to executives and senior leadership at our Georgetown office. This role demands exceptional customer service instincts above all else. The ideal candidate brings a deskside support background, polished communication skills, and the ability to reprioritize on the fly as executive needs shift throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Provide in‑person and phone‑first technical support to executives and senior staff at the Georgetown office Support executive and large‑scale meetings and events, including AV setup, troubleshooting, and on‑site assistance Perform new hire builds, PC replacements, imaging, and software deployments Support and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365/Office applications, and related productivity tools Manage and troubleshoot endpoints using SCCM/Intune and Azure Active Directory Handle printer support, peripheral management, and general deskside hardware issues Participate in on‑call rotation and respond to escalated or time-sensitive issues Assist with light project management tasks including tracking, coordination, and follow‑through on IT initiatives Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and asset information Serve as an escalation resource for less experienced helpdesk staff What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry Required Customer‑first instinct. In‑person or on the phone is your first move, not a chat window or ticket queue. Executive presence. Strong communicator, punctual, and polished. You represent IT at the highest levels of the organization. Adaptability. Priorities will shift - sometimes mid‑task. The pay range for this position is $64,900 - $94,100 ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non‑exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
