Job Overview
Pay Range: $33.90hr - $38.90hr
Responsibilities
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and supporting preventative maintenance activities.
- Performs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance and supports minor building maintenance tasks while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Requirement/Must Have
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
- Ability to use torque wrenches, basic tools, impact tools, and measuring tools.
- Experience with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multi-meters.
- Willingness to undergo additional technical training (mobile equipment, confined space, high voltage, lockout/tagout).
- Ability to pass mobile equipment testing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to maintain safe working practices and follow procedures.
Experience
- Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance activities.
- Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment using manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and restore equipment to optimal condition.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities on equipment.
- Calibrate and adjust machine tools and equipment.
- Modify machines for specialized operational requirements.
- Perform minor building maintenance including plumbing and electrical tasks.
- Maintain technical library and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment following 5S principles.
- Use proper tools and diagnostic equipment to support maintenance operations.
- Support compliance with safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures.
Should Have
- Knowledge of GD&T preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic diagrams, and electrical schematics preferred.
- Experience with furnaces and induction equipment preferred.
- HVAC experience preferred.
- Experience with cutting torches and basic welding preferred.
Skills
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Preventative maintenance and equipment repair.
- Use of diagnostic tools and measuring instruments.
- Blueprint and schematic reading.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge.
- Safety compliance and 5S practices.
- Basic welding and fabrication skills (preferred).
Qualification And Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
