Core Skills

Part A

• 10-12+ years of experience in a QA lead role with a large organization (highly visible program at CXO level).
• Hands-on experience testing web services using POSTMAN or SOAP UI.
• Solid understanding of industry standards QA processes and methodologies.
• Experience in analyzing the requirement and translating them into building test strategies, test plans, estimations, team sizing, etc.
• Solid experience in preparing test strategies, test scenarios, test plans, and publishing daily/weekly testing reports.
• A solid understanding of using Jira, and Zephyr Scale for Test & defect management.
• Testing experience in creating test data and validating the standalone systems when e2e systems are not integrated.

Part B

• Solid understanding of WMS/TMS workflow for testing prospective.
• Experience with any of the products is fine (Blue Yonder or Manhattan or High Jump) - Blue Yonder will be preferred over others
• Should be able to train QA team members on Blue Yonder functionality across WMS & TMS
• A solid understanding of the Supply Chain & Distribution Management domain
• Strong understanding of warehouse functions like receiving, putaway, pick-pack-ship, order management, inventory management, ASN
• Experience in testing BY WMS inbound and outbound processes
• Experience in testing E2E order fulfillment, inventory management, and yard management
• Experience in testing shipping logic, carrier determination, and tracking
• Experience in testing Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Strong understanding of ERP system (Order Entry, Order Management) to perform integration testing and E2E tests
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Should be able to work with developers and other vendors in working sessions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in onshore - offshore delivery model with good coordination/communications skills
