Come build your future with us!About the RoleOur Housekeepers are essential team members who maintain the overall appeal of our apartment community while displaying warm, friendly personalities. This is a great opportunity for those with general janitorial or cleaning experience to build a career with plenty of room for growth on the Fairfield Property Management Team.This is a part-time opportunity offering 25 hours per week with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Hours and schedule are subject to change based on business needs.What You'll DoBelow is a snapshot of what this role is all about. While there is more to it, this is the core focus.Property Curb AppealPerform daily property walks to keep the property looking clean and tidy.Clean common areas such as pools, gyms, laundry rooms, and offices.Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and tile grout.OperationsMonitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.Notify supervisor when supplies are needed.Customer ServiceRespond to resident and staff needs promptly.Communicate updates and escalate issues as needed.Compliance & SafetyFollow all safety and OSHA requirements.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Why You'll Love FairfieldWe're all about creating communities that people are proud to call home. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
