Therapist - Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with pediatric and adult outpatient experience to provide comprehensive therapy services in both outpatient and acute hospital settings. The role involves delivering patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare environment, with a focus on both pediatric and adult populations.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adult patients.
  
  
• 
  Provide therapy services in outpatient clinics and acute hospital settings.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with clinical standards.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to hospital protocols, including shift schedules from 8 to 10 hours, Monday through Friday.
  
  
• 
  Ensure timely billing of OT after 8 hours per day and OT after 40 hours per week.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a current Alaska Physical Therapy license.
  
  
• 
  Maintain BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Possess at least 2 years of pediatric and adult outpatient therapy experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical skills in acute and outpatient care environments.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
