• Serve as the Head of the Dietary Department : Oversee the planning, preparation, and serving of meals, ensuring that our patients receive appetizing and nutritious food options.
• Develop and Manage Menus : Collaborate with our culinary team to design menus that cater to our patients' diverse dietary needs and preferences.
• Ensure Compliance : Maintain compliance with all relevant food safety and regulatory standards, such as HIPAA and OSHA.
• Manage Inventory and Supplies : Order and manage inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to maintain a clean and efficient food service environment.
• Lead and Motivate Team Members : Supervise and train a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
