Opportunity Maintenance Supervisor II – Live Oak, TX Days required: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate employee activities and outside contractors engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and grounds. Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance. Obtain bids from outside contractors, assemble, analyze and submit bids to superiors. Order and receive supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors. Co‑ordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards. Inspect facilities and equipment to determine needed service, equipment required, and type. Study production schedules and estimate worker‑hour requirements for completion of job assignments. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules. Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase crew efficiency. Assist Property Manager in planning and administering the maintenance budget. Participate in after‑hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Minimum 2 years related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor. Preferred Yardi experience. Experience in all trades. Excellent written, verbal, and computer communication skills. Past supervisory experience. Current driver’s license and auto insurance required. Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
