Our people make us who we are, and we create incredible products and experiences that empower us to THINK OUTSIDE.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Document hot calls and communicate to driversRun change-overs, sort, and coordinate deliveryEnsure all pilot orders are completeRemove deleted orders from plannersMonitor e-mails from planners that pertain to part issuesCommunicate to receiving for trailer orders needed for productionReplace ribbon and paper in printersBalance lines for daily quantity when changes are madeInvestigate VVNTSInvestigate part discrepanciesCoordinate return parts back to warehouseRun pick sheets and scan packing slipsLog inbound/outbound trailersMaintain storage trailers and picks associated with storage trailersMaintain inbound visual management boardRun Spirit Lake picks and auditReceiving audits at the end of each shiftReceive and key parts to trailers (tires, seats, exhaust, X-orders)Scan packing slips (end of shift when receiving is completed)Verify empty trailer reportsCall spotter drivers to coordinate trailers in and outFIFO storage trailersCommunicate with receiving drivers on part and trailer issues in dockRun daily error queryRun daily picks/ hot picks, and notify driversSKILLS & KNOWLEDGE2 years college preferredComputer skills (AS400, Excel, Word, Showcase, Outlook, SharePoint)Communication skills – ability to communicate and work well with others in a fast paced environmentAccuracy minded and detail orientedMust be able to prioritize workloadMust be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, work overtime with little or no noticeBase Pay Range:$23.43 - $27.93Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship will not be provided.
