We're looking for enthusiastic, professional, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our opening team.

Position Summary
The Server is responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. This role requires a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate guests' needs while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Present menus, explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
• Make knowledgeable food, wine, cocktail, and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets Serai's standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables throughout service.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Work closely with hosts, bartenders, bussers, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet Kentucky's legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
