Shift Details: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, 3 shifts per week, 36 scheduled hours.

Job Order Details: Start date 06/22/2026, end date 09/21/2026, duration 13 weeks.

Unit Information: Neonatal ICU at HCA Healthcare Houston Clear Lake, located at 500 Medical Center Drive, Webster, TX 77598.

Number of Beds: 42, Number of Staff: 70.

Patient Ratios: Level 3: 1-3 per nurse depending on acuity, Level 2: 3-4 per nurse.

Type of Equipment: Isolettes, OMNI beds, phototherapy, computers.

EMR: Meditech and CPN.

Typical Hiring Profile: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Skill Set: Experience with central lines UAC, UVC, broviacs, PICC, etc.

List Typical Procedures Performed: IV starts, PICC insertions (trained clinicians).

Best Personality Fit: Team player, self motivator.

Required Certifications: RN licensure, NRP, STABLE preferred.

Floating Area(s): Newborn nursery.

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - royal blue scrubs.

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call: 4 weekend shifts per schedule minimum, on call occasionally.
