Talent Coordinator Intern

We’re looking for a motivated, persuasive Talent Coordinator Intern to assist the talent manager in scouting and signing new talent as well as managing the current roster. The day-to-day will consist of creator outreach, email management, and assisting the talent manager with creator meetings and scheduling. Applicants would ideally have a good understanding of the influencer marketing space, an interest in social media advertising, and some knowledge of the Amazon Affiliate world as well. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach to creators Serve as a secondary point of contact for the current talent roster Assist in internal coordination of advertising strategy for current creators Qualifications: Current or recently graduated college student with a major in marketing, communications, or a related field. (If you have relevant experience but not a relevant major, that is okay as well) Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, proactive, and creative problem solver Understanding of social media platforms, influencer analytics, and marketing trends Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in an organized manner No professional experience is necessary, but applicants with some experience from a related job are preferred.
