Key Responsibilities\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and are often facing significant life challenges including trauma related to abuse, mental health disorders, and issues stemming from familial substance abuse. Many clients require immediate support and follow-up care to navigate their situations effectively, and your role is crucial in ensuring they receive the appropriate services and support needed for recovery and stabilization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or relevant field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in working with clients experiencing issues such as abuse, mental health disorders, and substance use challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to listen actively and empathize with clients’ experiences.

• Proficient in using technology and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
