Land Acquisitions Manager

Remote (U.S. Only) Base $1,600–$2,200 + 7–15% commission Realistic earnings $6k–$15k+/month (top performers exceed $40k)

We're a fast-growing land investment company looking for a driven, hungry, results-focused Land Acquisitions Manager to join our team. This is not a clock-in/clock-out role — it's a performance-based opportunity for someone who wants to be rewarded directly for their results.

What You'll Do:

  • Negotiate with landowners and close deals confidently.
  • Follow proven scripts, processes, and company direction while bringing your own sales talent.
  • Hit daily and weekly KPIs — this role is metrics-driven, and success is measured by your results.
  • Manage your pipeline in our CRM and keep detailed records of leads and deals.
  • Work directly with our acquisitions team to drive volume and revenue.

  • Wholesale real estate experience required (land experience strongly preferred).
  • KPI-driven and competitive — you understand numbers don't lie.
