Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Current licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice in the state
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Ability to work efficiently with students ranging from early childhood through adolescence

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement direct therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, goals, and outcomes
• Offer consultative support to educators regarding communication-friendly classroom strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support compliance with federal, state, and district regulations related to student services
