Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Job Summary The Specialist – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions across all business units. This role requires a proactive professional who can source top talent, build strong pipelines, and contribute to Quality Carriers, Inc. continued growth and talent. Duties and Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across all business units. Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, including passive sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networking. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build job descriptions, and create effective hiring plans. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Schedule and coordinate interviews and provide timely communication to both candidates and hiring teams. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow‑up. Assist in onboarding efforts as needed to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. Perform other related duties as assigned. Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (UKG) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment. Education and Experience High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred. Working Hours This is a full‑time on‑site position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Travel Requirements 1% (may travel to the terminals/shops/tank washes) Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee will regularly and repetitively be required to talk, hear, sit, type, reach and grasp in a typical office environment. This position may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping or crouching. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
