Extrusion OperatorNow Hiring in Jacksonville, FloridaCompensation: $20.00 per hourAvailable Shift: 7am-7pm (rotating days and nights every 28 days, 2-2-3 schedule)Text to apply number: 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX)Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Understand and follow all JSA's and safety procedures/policiesSafely and efficiently set-up and operate extrusion lines to produce high quality HDPE filmOperate extrusion lines in accordance with job safety analysis, standard operating procedures, quality procedures, and operator training to meet or exceed productivity requirements and minimize downtime and wasteEnsure that proper materials are being used in accordance with proceduresMonitor roll weights to ensure the correct gauge is maintained throughout the shiftAssure proper packaging and labeling of filmComplete daily production reportingQualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.Eligible to work in the United States.Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.Ability to work 12-hour day and night rotating shiftsWork overtime as requiredSatisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.Company BenefitsWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
