Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Austin, TX is seeking dedicated Hair Stylists to join our team in full-time or part-time roles. As our Hair Stylist, you'll earn competitive, performance-based pay that averages $30,000–$60,000 per year, with uncapped earning potential -high performers can make $100,000+!

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

This position offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, including required closing shifts and one weekend day .

As our Hair Stylist, you'll spend your day providing precise, amazing services, while ensuring each client has a smooth, professional experience. You will maintain a clean workstation that is TDLR-Compliant, stay organized, and manage steady client flow with confidence.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A HAIR STYLIST?

We're looking for someone who can work full-time or part-time while meeting the following qualifications:

• Current Texas Cosmetology license
• Strong haircutting and clipper-cutting skills
• Customer service mindset
• Reliable and coachable
• Ability to work closing shifts and one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
