Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.



Position Summary



Snelling is seeking a dependable Loader Operator to join a busy yard operation. This position is responsible for operating a front-end loader to safely move and position vehicles throughout the facility while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has experience operating heavy equipment, values safety, and enjoys working outdoors.


Responsibilities

Operate a front-end loader to transport and position vehicles throughout the yard
Move vehicles safely and efficiently to support daily operations
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines
Maintain an organized and efficient work area
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
Utilize company systems and technology as needed
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Assist with general yard duties as assigned


Qualifications

Previous experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment preferred
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license preferred
Willingness to learn new equipment and operating procedures
