Position Summary As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the U.S., ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. You will travel frequently across the U.S. to project sites. What you’ll do Motivate teams to meet timelines and deliver deadlines. Own the execution of projects in assigned stores. Provide supervision, development, and career guidance to associates. Your Resume Will Stand Out With Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design. Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams. Shift Primarily working nights; average shift 10–12 hours. Travel Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles with 80% of time away from home; 17‑21 days at a time. Salary Annual salary range $72,000 – $132,000. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in those areas. Ability to complete required job training and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business or related field. Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
