What You'll Earn:

• $17/hour

Shift Schedule:

• Rotating shifts

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming raw materials
• Move materials within the facility to designated staging or storage areas
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment, verifying quantities and details
• Assist with loading materials onto trucks and rail equipment
• Inspect overhead crane equipment and operate safely following all safety procedures and PPE guidelines
• Maintain organized work areas and accurate material identification
• Communicate effectively with production, shipping, and administrative teams
• Support basic administrative tasks and uphold dependable attendance and punctuality

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environments
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license (necessary for site access)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
• Reside within approximately 20 minutes of the designated area

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience operating overhead cranes
• Familiarity with basic inventory or shipping procedures
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE use

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Prior hands-on construction, manufacturing, or industrial experience
• Relevant certifications in safety or material handling are a plus

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, gripping, and operating tools for extended periods
• Comfort working around moving equipment, industrial traffic, and in varying temperatures, including heat or cold
• Adaptability to noisy, non-AC shop conditions
