This position is primarily remote but will involve occasional visits to our outpatient office in Covington. Our office offers a comfortable and welcoming environment where therapists can collaborate in a multidisciplinary team. You will have the resources and support necessary to thrive and provide comprehensive care while maintaining a flexible work schedule that includes regular business hours and occasional evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs. You will develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique situation.

• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, groups, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to diverse mental health concerns, such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, case managers, and psychiatrists to ensure seamless coordination of care, enhancing the overall support network for clients.

• Support clients experiencing acute distress through crisis intervention strategies, applying your expertise with compassion and a focused approach.

• Engage in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and enhance resource access for underserved populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will specifically target a diverse demographic, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. This allows you to engage with a variety of backgrounds, enhancing your cultural competence and clinical expertise.

Qualifications\n

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients.
\n
• Cultural competency to empathize with and effectively engage clients from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining timely, accurate documentation in line with best practices and HIPAA regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a counseling or mental health therapist role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
