Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during day shift hours
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients' conditions in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float between two campuses as operationally required, with one campus serving as the primary assignment location
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required to verify non-local residency; Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations is strongly advantageous
