Journeyman Plumber I - GM Warren Annex C - Skilled Trades

The Plumber is responsible for all aspects of installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of plumbing systems in assigned locations. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Job responsibilities include maintaining a friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers; anticipating and responding to customer needs; inspecting assigned areas on a routine basis and performing maintenance where necessary to keep facility in functioning and serviceable condition; completing daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedure; repairing and maintaining plumbing, replacing defective washers, replace or mend broken pipes and open clogged drains; reporting on any major maintenance needs and recommending corrective action as appropriate; and adhering to Aramark safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications: 1-4 years' experience and knowledge in repair and general maintenance of plumbing required. Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
