Custodial Services Manager

  • Handle personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing hiring training coaching evaluating counseling and discharging staff.
  • Establish department guidelines rules and regulations and training programs. 
  • Coordinate scheduling and assign employees in alignment with business needs.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns.
  • Prepare and distribute assignments. 
  • Inspect and approve cleaning of all assigned areas; review status of assignments and follow-up as needed. 
  • Check all cleaning aids and equipment to ensure that they are in proper working order and are in compliance with safety standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns
  • Other duties as assigned by management

    • Qualifications :

    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
    • Three (3) years of experience in housekeeping management and Executive 
    • Housekeeper Certification preferred.
    • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
    • Other physical requirements include but are not limited to bending reaching kneeling squatting climbing pushing and pulling.
    • May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including but not limited to excessive noise and second-hand smoke.
    • Must be able to operate and demonstrate the proper use of all equipment.
    • Must have general computer skills.
    • Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
