How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to stroke and medical-surgical patients, prioritizing safety and clinical excellence.
• Monitor and communicate real-time clinical changes to enable rapid, life-saving interventions in a high-acuity environment.
• Empower patients to regain independence by focusing on daily living milestones and improving their overall quality of life.
• Manage the full discharge process, ensuring patients and families transition from the unit with clarity and confidence.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 6+ months of acute care nursing experience
