Blue Bird Day, a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program , is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinic-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago , IL . This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive. As an RBT at Blue Bird Day , you will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs . You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through: Providing individualized therapy Collecting data on programming Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collaborating daily with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Competitive Hourly Rate: $20-23/hour Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm Location : 1233 W.
