What We Offer Competitive base pay between $18.00 to $22.00 per hour commensurate with experience and skills Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision Consistent schedules and professional growth opportunities A respectful, forward-thinking work culture Comprehensive training program including two weeks at HQ in Madison, WI About The Role Answer a multi-line phone system Maintain and update the company database and calendars Act as the office liaison connecting departments, vendors and staff members General office tasks including, but not limited to: filing, making job packets, reminder phone calls, distributing mail, welcoming incoming customers and visitors, office supply inventory and cleaning the front area Key Qualifications Previous administrative or clerical experience Microsoft Office proficiency Strong attention to detail Strong verbal communications skills Ability and desire to learn new things Willingness to go the extra mile!
