Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Experience in adult and neonatal intensive care environments preferred
• Familiarity with emergency and general respiratory care
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• BLS certification (required), ACLS/NALS (preferred)
• Adaptability and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform respiratory assessments and therapeutic interventions in Adult ICU, NICU, ER, and general medical units
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
• Manage ventilators, deliver aerosolized medications, and respond to respiratory emergencies
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress per facility guidelines
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments and equipment use
