Maintenance Associate

Summary Provide excellent customer focused support and maintain store operations and standards for a premium retail brand. The role involves assisting customers, supporting visual and operational tasks, and performing maintenance and stockroom duties to ensure a high quality shopping experience. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service with a customer first mindset. Support floor sets, replenishment, merchandising and maintaining visual standards. Perform opening and closing responsibilities and maintain store policies and procedures. Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide sizing support. Operate register and support sales transactions as needed. Contribute product feedback and communicate needs to management. Participate in company trainings and uphold company initiatives. Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel. Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas. Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours and operate store equipment. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
