The CDL-A Driver will safely transport dry freight while supporting a dedicated fleet operation serving Arizona, Utah, and portions of Southern California. Drivers will unload full truckloads using a roto cart and lift gate, maintain compliance with DOT regulations, and deliver freight safely and efficiently while representing the company with professionalism.

Transportation Operations

• Safely transport dry freight across assigned delivery routes.
• Operate commercial vehicles in accordance with all DOT regulations.
• Perform comprehensive pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.
• Practice defensive driving techniques while maintaining an exceptional safety record.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch regarding deliveries and route updates.
• Represent the company with professionalism during customer interactions.

Freight Responsibilities

• Deliver dedicated dry freight.
• Unload full truckloads using a roto cart and lift gate.
• Average approximately three loads per week.
• Deliver freight safely while maintaining cargo integrity.
• Operate late-model sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions.
• Pull modern 53-foot trailers.

Onsite Salt Lake City, Utah

Compensation

• 10 Immediate Openings
• Annual Earnings: Up to $78,000
• Competitive CPM Pay
• $220 Per Load Pay

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Safe driving history with a strong commitment to DOT compliance.

• Ability to safely handle physical delivery responsibilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Stable employment history.
• U.S.-based citizens only. No exceptions.
• Must currently reside within 75 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah, or be willing to relocate before employment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Previous dedicated fleet experience.
• Dry freight experience.
• Experience operating automatic transmission sleeper tractors.
