Patient Care CoordinatorSan Francisco, California, United StatesOur office, Union Square Endodontic in San Francisco, CA is growing, and we're on the lookout for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office! In this role, you'll handle front office and administrative responsibilities while ensuring every patient and visitor enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish.Your ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following:Welcoming patients to the dental officeMaintaining accurate patient recordsAnswering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messagesCheck, sort and forward emailsKeep updates records and filesKeep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.Your BackgroundYou are a resourceful Patient Care Coordinator that strives to ensure patients receive the experience they deserve. You're a team player that is adaptable to new and challenging tasks. You're an enthusiastic, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who is always proactively striving for excellence.
