- Expertise in Topographic Surveys, Land Surveying, and Building Surveying
- Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to coordinate with other team members
- Proficiency in surveying software and related tools is advantageous
- Valid professional Land Surveyor license as required by Kentucky state regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
