Cancer Care Navigator & Patient Advocate

Huntsville Hospital is seeking a Nurse Navigator to identify patient needs and priorities in cancer care. Responsibilities include coordinating care among disciplines, delivering patient education, and performing assessments. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of clinical experience and excellent communication skills.
