We are a well-established home care agency, proudly serving clients since 2007. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform non-medical, in-home assessments for elderly clients in and around the Rochester area (clients located within a 2-3 hour drive in all directors of Rochester). 

The assessment consists of talking to the client in person at their home - and asking a few questions about their non medical care needs (i.e. Bathing, dressing, grooming, light house cleaning, etc) and filling out a number of health care assessment documents.

The assessments take 30-60 minutes. Paid drive time from the person's home and back and time spent conducting the assessment compensated at $60/hour. Flexible schedule. Can work anytime from 8am to 8pm Monday through Sunday. Weekends only is acceptable. Great part time job for extra money on the side of your regular job. Active and valid RN Minnesota license is REQUIRED . 

We have a contract with a large referral source in Minneapolis. When we have need of an assessment we will reach out and you would need to get the assessment completed within 3-5 calendar days of getting notified of the new assessment, as this assessment will determine the number of hours the veteran will get approved for care each week.

Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one recently. You can go to your local County Health Department and walk in to get a skin TB Test. Just provide your ID and tell them it is for employment. It costs $25. You will return 48-72 hours later to have it checked. We reimburse the $75 on your first paycheck - if you keep the receipt:
