As the Global Customers CPFR Center of Excellence, this role leads supply chain and capability advancement across Hershey's priority global customers. This role provides functional leadership to in-country supply chain teams to align execution with global customer strategies, while driving standardized ways of working, process consistency, and adoption of best practices across international markets. This position is responsible for leading global customer supply chain strategy and execution, ensuring alignment to service, inventory, and growth objectives. The role partners directly with global customers and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen relationships, improve service performance, reduce cost to serve, and position Hershey as a preferred supply chain partner. This role will define, monitor, and improve key customer supply chain KPIs (case fill rate, on-time in-full, in-stock, days on hand), proactively identifying gaps, driving corrective actions, and ensuring consistent execution across markets. It also ensures strong alignment and delivery of base, seasonal, promotional, and innovation plans. As part of the Center of Excellence accountability, this role will document processes, enable knowledge sharing, benchmark best practices, and drive continuous improvement and digital enablement (including reporting and planning tools) to support standardized global customer planning frameworks. This role will own global customer performance visibility, including KPI tracking and reporting across priority customers, translating data from Hershey (S4H) and customer systems (Retail Link, Scintilla, etc.) into actionable insights and recommendations. This role represents Hershey in global customer forums and serves as a key point of contact for international and in-country teams. This role operates globally across markets and time zones and may require up to 50% international travel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Global Customers Supply Chain: Serve as a primary point of contact for global customer supply chain partners (VP, Director, Manager level)
• Lead execution of global customer supply chain strategies across international markets, ensuring alignment to commercial plans and customer expectations
• Align joint business plans to supply chain KPIs and lead key customer engagements, including Top-to-Top meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer supply chain decision-makers to improve service, reduce cost to serve, and drive KPI performance
• Partner cross-functionally to align demand, supply, and customer execution plans
• Analyze data from Hershey and customer systems and develop clear, insight-driven materials to support decision-making
• Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) Center of Excellence: Document existing processes, enable knowledge sharing, and benchmark best practices across internal markets and external industries to identify and develop improvement opportunities for Hershey, partners, and customers
• Create and manage global customer KPI reporting (e.g., monthly trackers) to provide visibility to business trends and ensure delivery of expected service levels across international markets
• Review and assess Hershey markets to define strategies and goals for in-country teams, ensuring sustained performance and continuous improvement in customer service

Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business management, or related field. 3–6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (CPG preferred) Bilingual (Spanish) required Experience supporting global or retail customers preferred Strong analytical capability, including experience with customer and internal data systems (e.g., Retail Link, Scintilla, S4H) Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools Results-oriented, with ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Proven ability to influence across functions and markets and drive alignment Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience leading projects or initiatives preferred Ability to adapt to varying market needs and changing customer demands Experience working across diverse teams and international markets Knowledge of Hershey sales organization and/or distributor experience a plus
