Amica Center for Immigrant Rights seeks an Open Enrollment Benefits & Leave Administrator Contractor to provide temporary, hands-on support to the People Operations team. Reporting to the People Operations Director, this role will manage open enrollment, leave administration, benefits system configuration, testing, employee support, tracking, and recordkeeping.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, employee-focused, and comfortable independently managing multiple priorities
