In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary point of engagement between business stakeholders and Enterprise Technology, leading business engagement, technology intake, and requirements discovery to ensure initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities and prepared for successful execution. You will play a key role in strengthening collaboration, improving planning, and helping Enterprise Technology deliver solutions that create measurable business value.Your Role on the TeamBusiness PartnershipBuild and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders to understand departmental goals, operational challenges, and upcoming initiatives, and technology needsServe as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Technology intake, facilitating business discussions and guiding new technology requests through the intake and evaluation processBusiness Analysis & IntakeLead discovery sessions to identify business problems, define desired outcomes, and document business and functional requirementsEvaluate technology requests for completeness, business value, strategic alignment, and organizational impact before they enter the project portfolioPortfolio & Project ReadinessPartner with Enterprise Technology leadership to support technology planning, prioritization, and roadmap developmentPrepare initiatives for successful project planning by documenting business context, scope, assumptions, business requirements, and success criteriaStakeholder EngagementFacilitate cross-functional discussions between business stakeholders and Enterprise Technology to build consensus, clarify priorities, and support informed technology decisionsCommunicate Enterprise Technology priorities, decisions, and initiative status with business stakeholders to establish clear expectations throughout the planning processContinuous ImprovementIdentify trends, recurring business needs, and opportunities to improve business processes, technology services, and Enterprise Technology intake practicesMeasure business outcomes, gather stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements that strengthen Enterprise Technology services and business engagementYour Skills and ExperienceStrong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and business processesAbility to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written communication and documentation skillsProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and business collaboration toolsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, technology support, or a related roleExperience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholdersExperience documenting business processes, workflows, or business requirements preferredExperience supporting technology initiatives or business process improvement efforts preferredThe Team & ExperienceWe believe great organizations are built by great people.
